I’m Aaron—a licensed physician assistant, dad, and someone who’s lived the journey firsthand. After three spine surgeries, career burnout, and losing 33 pounds, I know what it takes to rebuild from the inside out.
With 15 years in medicine, I saw too many people wait until after their health broke down to ask for help. That’s why I created Fit and Fuel RX—to give high-achievers a proactive, sustainable system that keeps them strong for life.
