I spent over 15 years in corporate medicine, helping patients navigate everything from orthopedic injuries to metabolic dysfunction. But over time, I kept seeing the same thing: people showing up after things had already gone wrong.

And honestly? I’d been there too.
After two back surgeries, a cervical disc replacement, and years of putting work and life ahead of my own health, I found myself disconnected from the strength and structure I knew I was capable of.

That’s when I rebuilt—33 pounds lost, one sustainable habit at a time.
And that’s when I realized: there’s a massive gap between clinical advice and real-life transformation.
